Your email address, your name, a hash of your password (never the password itself) and what you enter in the app: projects, tasks, prices and notes. We also note which kind of device signed in (for example “Windows” or “iPhone”).
Only to run the app and keep your data in sync between your devices. We do not sell it, show adverts or pass it to anyone else. The only emails we send are password reset links.
In a Microsoft Azure data centre in Europe. It only travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). A copy is also kept on your own devices so the app works offline.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time: Account → Delete account (on the web, iPhone or Windows). Deleted data cannot be recovered.
